Temple Day Spa Partner Program
Add Temple Day Spa gift cards to your counter and your online checkout. The same customers, the same transactions — worth more each time, without finding a single new customer.
The fifteen seconds you're not selling into
They're at your counter, or at your online checkout, and their card is already out. You've done the hard part. A Temple Day Spa gift card is the thing they add without thinking about it — and it puts another $50 or $100 through a sale you had already made.
Before
A bouquet, a hamper, a candle — the sale you were always going to make.
After
The same customer, the same visit, with a $50 gift card added at the counter.
Your basket
No new footfall, no extra marketing spend, no additional time at the till.
Your margin
Straight to your bottom line on that one transaction, on every card.
What you earn
Your customer pays $50 and gets $50 — nothing on the card mentions what you paid for it. You keep twenty per cent of every card you sell, from the very first one.
$50 gift card
Yours, on every single one
$100 gift card
Yours, on every single one
Twenty per cent on every card, from your very first order — no tiers to climb, no volume to unlock it. A starter box of ten $50 cards costs you $400 and puts $100 back in your pocket once they sell.
The part that matters
If they don't sell,
we buy them back.
After twelve months we buy back anything you haven't sold, at exactly what you paid for it — in writing, before you order a thing.
Cards aren't live until you sell one, so you're never sitting on our risk and nobody can walk out of your shop with a working card. There is no version of this where you lose money.
Who it's for
The card works anywhere someone is buying something for another person. Four kinds of business it fits particularly well:
Florists
Nobody buys flowers for no reason. Offer it with the bouquet at the counter, or list it as an add-on at your online checkout where it keeps selling after you've closed.
Gift & homewares
It sits naturally next to candles, bath and body and your gift guides — the same shelf, the same shopper, a higher-value basket.
Corporate hampers
Client thank-yous and staff rewards. A spa card lifts a hamper from consumable to memorable, and the rate is the same however many you take.
Supermarkets & providores
The highest-margin item per centimetre of counter space in the store. No spoilage, no cold chain, nothing to mark down.
How it works
No fee, no lock-in, no minimum term. We send your first stock and a small counter display.
From a display by your register, a hook, or a line at your online checkout — while they're already paying.
A few seconds at the till, or as you pack the delivery. We set the method up around how you already work.
Booking, redemption, the three-year guarantee. You never handle a customer query about it.
Your partner account
Apply and we set you up with a Temple partner account. It's where you tell us what you've sold, order what you need, and see what you've made — no phone calls, no paperwork, no chasing invoices.
Enter gift card numbers as they go out the door, so every card is activated and tracked.
Reorder in a couple of taps, at the same twenty per cent every time.
Counter displays, hanging strips, shelf talkers and images for your website — all free.
Cards sold, margin banked, and what's still sitting on your counter.
Who you'd be sending them to
Temple Day Spa was founded by Sharon Templeton in 2013 and is still run by her family, with spas on Unley Road and at Semaphore. When you hand someone this card, you're sending them somewhere you'd send a friend.
Questions
Joining is free — no membership fee, no setup cost, no minimum term, and your counter display and marketing materials are free too. The only money you ever put in is buying the cards themselves, and after twelve months we buy back any that haven't sold. So the worst case is that your money comes back.
Then at the twelve-month mark we buy back whatever hasn't sold, at exactly what you paid. It's in the partner agreement before you order anything. Cards aren't live until you sell one, so unsold stock is simply printed card — it carries no value and no risk for you.
Selling one takes the same time as selling anything else at your till, plus a few seconds to activate the card. We set the activation method up around whatever your counter already uses, and we come and train your team in person. After that, every booking and customer question comes to us, not you.
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Listed as an add-on at checkout, the card keeps earning at 11pm on a Tuesday with nobody behind the counter. The physical card travels in the box with the order and is activated when you pack it. We supply product images and copy for your site at no cost.
No. Your customer pays the full $50 and gets the full $50 — the discount is what you buy at, and nothing on the card, the packaging or our website mentions it. The cards are charcoal and white with no price flashes or promotional stickers of any kind.
Three years from the day your customer buys it, in line with Australian Consumer Law. There are no fees of any kind after purchase — no activation fee, no inactivity fee, no balance-enquiry fee. Cards are redeemable at both Unley and Semaphore.
We're opening the program now and taking on a small first group of partners across Adelaide — florists, gift shops, corporate gifting businesses, and independent supermarkets and providores. Early partners get category exclusivity in their suburb while they're actively stocking.
We review your application and come back to you within two business days. If it's a fit, we agree your first order, set up your partner account, and someone comes out to install your display and train whoever's on the counter. Most partners are selling within a fortnight of applying.
